Dr. Patel believes in providing the highest-quality care that not only focuses on oral health but comprehensive care for all of his patients. He believes that the foundation for comprehensive health is based on patient education, mutual trust, respect, communication and understanding. He emphasizes prevention and maintenance of excellent health for a lifetime and he strives to provide it in a friendly, relaxed, and caring atmosphere such as his office. He realizes that each patient has individual needs, concerns, desires, and therefore tailors their custom treatment plan to reflect those wants and needs to achieve optimal results. Dr. Patel his entire team are dedicated to providing you with excellent care and services to make your visits as comfortable as possible.
Dr. Patel is currently a member of the American Dental Association, and the Pennsylvania Dental Association. He regularly takes seminars and courses outside of work in various areas of dentistry and health care. He has recently completed coursework in delicate procedures such as sinus lifts, esthetic dentistry, laser dentistry and soon sleep apnea. Outside of work Dr. Patel enjoys traveling with his friends and family. His recent trips were to Mexico, Iceland, Germany, and Cambodia! He loves watching all kinds of movies and TV series. Game of Thrones, Harry Potter, James Bond Series are amongst his favorites.
Notable Qualifications / Accomplishments:
Dr. Patel earned his Doctorate in Dental Surgery from New York University and Bachelors in Industrial Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University. He also has a Masters in Biomedical Science from University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.
With many years of experience in logistics, sales and management, I joined the dental industry during a difficult time in 2020. My goal was simple: help patients navigate insurance and get the care they deserve. Over the years, I’ve not only learned insurance ins and outs, but I’ve also gained a lot of knowledge about dental procedures, which allows me to better anticipate patients’ needs.
In addition to being the Business Manager, I’m also a proud new mom to the cutest baby girl in the world. When I’m not working or spending quality time with my baby girl, you’ll find me exploring new places and discovering new things through travel. I love my family and friends and there’s nothing better than spending quality time with them.
Olivia graduated from West Chester University with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. She loves interacting with patients and getting to meet new people every day! Although she just started out in the dental world, she is a quick learner and is a helpful resource when it comes to insurance and scheduling. She is married to her Albanian husband and they enjoy growing their garden and spending time with family. In her free time, she loves to be outdoors and document life through photography and film.
Mary Ann became a dentist assistant by learning on the job in 1999. Since then, she has enjoyed continuing to learn as the products and technologies in dentistry keep developing. She loves working with a dedicated team and helping to make a patient’s dental experience be as comfortable as possible. Outside of work, she enjoys baking, gardening and spending time with her 5 grandchildren.
A native of Brookhaven in Delaware County, Susan has been a dedicated dental hygienist for 31 years. A 1994 graduate of Harcum College, she continually seeks to advance her clinical expertise, successfully earning her local anesthesia certification from Montgomery County Community College in 2018. Susan is passionate about the constantly evolving field of dentistry—particularly advancements in periodontal health and implants—and finds immense personal satisfaction in helping her patients achieve their best smiles. Outside the practice, she leads a highly active and creative life. She enjoys walking, skiing, bowling, and expressing her artistic side by crafting wreaths, floral arrangements, and jewelry. Above all, Susan treasures watching great documentaries, cooking her favorite recipes, and spending quality time with her cat and her college-aged daughter.
Cassandra is a compassionate dental assistant who graduated from the Dental Assisting program at Bucks County Community College. Driven by a lifelong passion for helping others and a genuine fascination with dentistry, she thrives on making patients feel comfortable and well-cared for during their visits. Outside the office, Cassandra enjoys a cozy and creative lifestyle. You can often find her reading, writing, playing video games, or simply lounging with her fluffy little dog. She also has a fun and unique hobby of collecting cute trinkets!
